TaskSmart continues to adapt and update with our users’ expectations and different requirements.
The features that have recently been implemented has resulted in users being able to explore improved functionality in app. They now have more productive ways of actioning tasks based on their feedback and changes requested.
TaskSmart is performing exceedingly well, and we have developers assigned to designated support/react mode where they can respond quickly to any issues raised by active users.
We also have a dedicated member of the developer team that has been assigned to implement rigorous tests based on the feedback logged by our users.
These are just some of the ways we are continuing to support TaskSmart as we roll out the application to a broader user base.
